Design, build, and ship AI systems and agentic workflows that power in-house employee-facing applications: retrieval systems, LLM-powered reasoning, and multi-step agentic workflows, connected into a Microsoft-native web environment (Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph).
Includes RAG pipelines, tool and function-calling interfaces, orchestration, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, guardrails, evaluation, monitoring and tracing.
Requirements: 3+ years in software or AI/ML engineering; strong Python; working JavaScript/TypeScript; generative AI or LLM systems deployed to production; hands-on agentic workflows; RAG with embeddings and vector search.
