About the role
Gengis AI is building applied AI for the operational layer of film, television, and media production: a model-agnostic platform that makes AI useful inside real production environments.
Own the core platform, AI orchestration, evaluation workflows, human-in-the-loop review, and cost and reliability controls. A hands-on senior role with a path to Head of Engineering.
Looking for 7+ years building and shipping production software, strong backend and systems architecture, and experience building with LLMs or AI orchestration systems in production or near-production. Gengis is also hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer (Agents & Evaluation).
